Consult
We come to your home, measure, talk through what you want, and walk through material and finish samples. A clean fixed-fee quote arrives within 24 hours — no anchor pricing, no scope creep down the line.

Design
Hafiz draws every project personally — not in a CAD library, in real engineering software. Drawings are reviewed against Ontario Building Code and supplied for permits or structural review when needed.

Fabricate
Your project is fabricated start-to-finish in our shop by a CWB-certified welder. We do not sub fabrication. Materials, finishes, and joinery are inspected at every stage.
- 04 · STEP
Install
The owner is on-site for every install. We protect floors, masonry, and landscaping, and clean up like we were never there. Most residential installs are 1–2 days.
- 05 · STEP
Warranty
Five years on workmanship and structural integrity, with finish warranties from the coating manufacturer (typically 10–25 years). Something not right two years in? Call us. We come back.
